About Fit To Recover:

Fit To Recover was started by Ian Acker as a small group of friends who wanted to support each other in sobriety through exercise and fellowship. From there, a community formed and in January 2015, Fit To Recover opened its doors. Our mission is to provide a safe place for people in recovery from substance use disorders. Members connect with others and themselves through classes and activities that are designed to strengthen both the body and the mind.
